It’s a tie… Our “first look!” All of the stress was just let go once he turned around. We knew we made it, and we both looked amazing! Although we have been together for 12 years, it became real in that moment. Next fave moment: first dance…. We didn’t do the typical slow dance, we danced to “Blind Man,” by Xavier Omar. It had been out for a while, and we just had a Grate time doing something modern and enjoy the fact that we just got married!
Wedding day inspiration?
Jane & James wanted their guests to simply enjoy themselves. They had the ultimate VIP experience with heavy appetizers, open bar, and passed hors d’oeuvres. Their color palate: white, navy blue, royal blue, paired with gold complimented the venue so well creating an warm and intimate space setting the ambiance for the evening.
Elegant Summer Current at Chelsea Piers Wedding
The Dress
Jane’s wedding gown was simply beautiful. It was a sweetheart gown that had lace beading stitched at the top. The details at the torso complimented the wedding dress which met at the lower side where the same stitching from the top of the gown was placed forming the the train of her dress. Her veil was long meeting the tail of her train, simple yet so elegant. This dress was ideal for Jane and she wore it so gracefully.

The First Look
This was ideal for the occasion Jane and James opted to have a first look to get the majority of their photographs out the way. Doing so gave them the opportunity to have a moment to themselves during cocktail hour, take time to greet their wedding guests, and have a beautiful sunset photo shoot alone prior to their reception.
