They create a wedding timeline, adapt to last minute changes or challenges that may occur, and play a key role for any couple when it comes to managing your wedding planning needs. A Day of Wedding Coordinator is ideal for any couple who have planned their wedding on their own, but needs someone to step in to assist with your final touches creating a stress free day. Day of Wedding Coordinator Package includes the following:

• Complimentary consultation unlimited phone & email.
• Scheduling of finalizing vendor details.
• 2-in person meetings.
• Charron Gardner Events Wedding Timeline is provided
• 8 hour Wedding Management | direct the setup & design of the ceremony and reception.
• Coordinate vendor arrival times, collect their insurance information, meal counts (some vendors may require a hot plated meal) confirm services according to contract agreement, etc.
• Facilitate the events at the reception including, but not limited to: wedding party/event introductions, first dance, band/DJ instructions, cake cutting, garter toss, bouquet toss, and staged exits.
• Remain on site until the end of the reception to ensure that personal items (toasting glasses, guest book, cake knife and server, picture frames, cards and gifts, etc.) are secured with designated person.
